Der Kings of Xtreme war der erste große Freestyle Event im Jahr 2010...und mit Verlaub..auch der geilste! Unsere Freestyle Motocrosser Fabian Bauersachs, Kai Haase und natürlich Busty Wolter haben die Show zusammen mit Remi Bizouard, Brice Izzo und anderen Weltklasse FMXern gerockt. Vans Penken Park Opening
Eine kalte, aber doch erfreuliche Woche im Januar geht zu Ende - die Vans Penken Park Opening Woche war auch dieses Jahr Schmelztiegel für viele Pros, Rookies, Djs, Partypeople und einfach nur begeisterte Snowboarder. Die Woche begann am 03.01. mit dem HOTZONE.TV & THE SEEKER Groms Open und die Nachwuchs Rocker eröffneten mit dem Finale am Sonntag offiziell die Proline. Am Sonntag Abend ging es dann gleich zur Siegerehrung in das Scotland Yard Pub, wo sich alle Vans Fahrer, teilnehmende Rookies und die allseits bekannte Snowboardpresse zu einem englischen BBQ und einer Menge Cuba Libre oder auch Cuba Royal verleiten ließen. Leider sollten die Vans Teamrider wie Cheryl Maas, Arthur Longo, Tyler Chorlton, David Bertschinger, Lisa Filzmoser, Wolle Nyvelt, Rich Hooks, Tobi Strauss, Andi Lehmann und Kalle Ohlson aber nicht in den Genuss der Discodog DJ Performance aus Köln kommen, denn das Sunrise Shooting stand für Montag Morgen Punkt 6:00 auf der Uhr. Odessa Sk8tour Part 2
Die Tour der Touren nach Ost-Europa! Es war wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung nach Odessa ans schwarze Meer zu reisen, aber auch zugleich sehr stressig, dreckig, lange Zugfahrten und viel Probleme mit der Polizei. Vans Off the wall Music Night, Cologne
Am 30.10.09 fand in 12 europäischen Städten zeitgleich die „Vans Music Night“ statt! Gefeiert wurde in Griechenlad, Italien, Polen, Portugal, Serbien, Slovenien, Spanien, Schweden, Holland, England, die Ukraine und in KÖLN... In Köln präsentierte die längst bekannte Band „Smoke Blow“ in einem exklusiven Sneak Preview Gig unter anderem neue, live noch nie gehörte Stücke von ihrem siebten Album was Anfang 2010 erscheinen wird! Tatkräftige Unterstütztung bekam sie von den „Dan Dryers“... Punkrock to the bone! Sie fahren Freestyle Motocross, Mountainbike, Skateboard und lieben Tattoos, Mexican Wrestling und laute Gitarren. Six in the mix surf session
Der "Six in the mix" war unser deutsch-dänischer Surfevent, der vor kurzem in Klitmöller an der dänischen Küste sein zu Hause fand. Ein souliger Surfevent bei dem teinehmenden Surfer, Skater und Künstler im Vordergrund standen. 24 Surfer waren aufgerufen 6 verschiedenen Shapes, wie z.B. ein Egg, ein Singlefin, ein Fish etc. zu surfen. Am Ende wurde nur einer als bester Allroundsurfer gekürt- checkt das Video!Share This |

Starting in Barcelona and growing in popularity, extend¬ing to Manchester, Prague, Montpellier and Hossegor and Girlie are now taking the next step together with Vans. Girlie prides themselves on being able to give this opportunity to all girls out there who wish to improve their skateboarding and grow their passion to be a part of this amazing culture. The Summer 2009 camps will take place in two major cities in Europe, London and Berlin. Many girls who attend our camps are beginners and are trying skateboarding for the first time. But there are also girls who are experienced and want to improve their tricks and build new connections and friendships around the globe.Share This |

Where they stopped along the way was up to them. During the week the teams were set the task to seek out the best unexplored spots to ride and gain footage along the way. VANS LET IT RIDE - Team Germany

VANS Let It Ride BOWL COMP
The Vans Let It Ride tour came to an end in Kortrijk this weekend as each team descended on the small town to compete in the Bowl contest on Saturday 6th June. The small town of Kortrijk was over run with BMX’ers who were there to compete for the 10,000 euro prize purse on offer. Practice kicked off at 11am and there was already a crowd forming, by the time the comp kicked off at 2pm the whole of the bowl was surrounded by people eager to watch some top riding. MC DJ compared the day. Judges were looking for creativity and original lines as well as innovation and talent. Impressive riding came from Bas Keep, who used every part of the bowl possible and Geoff Slattery who pulled a huge gap over the cradle which sent the crowd wild and obviously impressed the judges as he took home the Pool Shark prize. But there was one rider who went faster and higher than anyone else and that was of course Ben Hennon, who has carved out a reputation for himself as one of the best riders in Europe.Share This |
