REBEL8, the San Fransisco based skate/graffiti/tattoo brand and brainchild of artist Mike Giant and partner Joshy D, have teamed-up with Vans to create a special shoe/tee pack for Holiday 2008. Well known for his prolific contributions to skateboarding and street art, Mike's path in life has been an uncompromising artistic journey through graffiti, graphic art, publishing and tattooing. His fine art has been exhibited throughout the world and throughout the world and through REBEL8 productions since 2003.

The collaboration features some of Vans best-selling skate shoes including the No Skool 2 Mid, J-Lay, Chukka Low, Sk8-Hi Pro and Slip-On Pro, as well as four t-shirts. Each shoe is based on performance first and includes custom graphics, while the tees feature hand-drawn graphics that showcase Mike's unique artistic style.
